"Audrey and Tess are the real deal. I own a luxury clothing line and like many businesses, there are moving parts that affect timelines, and therefore the schedule of the freelancers we work with. I can say that the moving parts that my business had personally were very complex and multifaceted. Though it was not ideal, I always felt like I had the space to put the spirit of transparency at the forefront of the partnership, and that is thanks to the environment that Audrey and Tess have mindfully created. The results are custom and beautiful. Everything from the buttons on the website to the layout to the color palettes. Templates do not exist for Modern Media — this is all in the hands of Audrey and Tess as designers and as friends! The most significant thing of all is how they both showed up for me in the final days before a stressful launch. I was able to share my concerns and reach a resolution with no judgment. They educated me and taught me strategies/backup plans for the future. It is the compassion to acknowledge challenges and resonate with business owners on a human level that sets Modern Media apart. Business is challenging, and it is always the partnerships that remind me of the “why” behind the work I do that are most memorable. This is one of those circumstances.
